• Can I apply a discount code over the Black Friday period?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any promotional codes for orders placed over the Black Friday weekend due to the level of discount offered.

• Can I cancel or amend my order?

  Unfortunately, the volume of orders and speed at which they are packed and prepared means that we are unable to amend or cancel any orders that have already been placed. This includes amendments to delivery addresses, so please double check to ensure you are inputting your details correctly.

• Can you put items aside for customers to try in-store?

  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to hold any products for customers to try in store, due to our limited stock availability. When in store, our retail team will do their very best to advise you on the availability and size and fit advice on all of our products.

• What is your returns policy for goods purchased during promotional periods?

  We do accept returns on orders, providing the return is sent back unworn with all original packaging, and with an outer box for protective purposes.
